Taijutsu.

He can summon projectile weapons (i.e. throwing knives, stars, etc) and he gets a boost in strength, speed, and speed (he's back to current canonpoint levels!), so long as the respective Keychain is Active.

Senjutsu.

This one gives a boost to durability, reflexes, and perception.

Rasengan.

He can fling condensed chakra from the Keyblade. It spins at a high enough speed that it's very damaging to whatever it hits.

Energy Transfer.

He can transfer some of his energy to an ally, giving them the equivalent of MP.

Tailed Beast Mode.

He can manipulate the Kyuubi's chakra around him to act as extra arms (that deal a decent bit of damage with each hit), and he can release a roar or wave that becomes a powerful force of pressure and destruction to the area around him.

Tailed Beast Ball.

He fires a combo of black and negative white chakra - that's merged into the perfect ratio - out of the Keyblade. It drains a significant amount of HP to himself if he doesn't focus properly, but it's also capable of bringing his opponent's HP down by 50% in one shot if he does manage to focus.

Shadow Clone.

As long as this Keyblade is Active, he is capable of creating a clone. Fortunately, not even special powers help someone tell them apart! Unfortunately, it's only one.

Sexy Technique.

He can turn the clone into a female version of himself. That's... that's it, that's the power.

Reverse Harem Lite.

He can create three clones, but they only appear in the form of three seductive men. Ah.
